Cherish brings more than 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field to the firm, with the most recent 10 years specializing in the arena of designing, underwriting, negotiating, implementing and managing employee benefit programs. Her specialties encompass benefit plan design, benefits management, policy and procedure development, policy compliance, workers compensation, recruitment and retention, HRIS reporting and EEO reporting.


Cherish is a team leader who prioritizes customer service and vendor relations to help ensure a smooth implementation of benefit solution programs. Her vast knowledge and understanding of the human resources role in connection with benefits and diversity within a company make her an integral part of our firm, while her meticulous process of educating employees about the features and utilization of their benefits make her an invaluable asset to our clients.


She has managed Human Resource divisions for Omega World Travel, Jefferson Davis Reconstructive, Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery and Pheobe Putney Memorial Hospital. She also served as a dedicated customer service representative, HIPPA administrator and appeals processor with CIGNA Healthcare.


Cherish is a Certified California Insurance Producer, license #0179420.  She received her Certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources with the Human Resources Certification Institute, Certification of SHRM Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management, and Certification of Compensation and Benefits Management with the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.  She also holds affiliations with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and San Diego Society for Human Resources Management (SDSHRM).  Cherish also completed a Phlebotomy National Boards Certificate and Real Estate Appraiser Program at Darton College.
